Interactive Career Profile (This Website)

Objective:

Objective: To design, build, and deploy an interactive portfolio glued together with Astro & React, deployed on the edge with Cloudflare, and brought to life with Google's Gemini.

Development Process & AI Collaboration: A key aspect of this project was leveraging generative AI as a coding partner. Through strategic prompting and iterative refinement, I used AI to accelerate development by generating boilerplate code, brainstorming architectural solutions, and collaboratively troubleshooting complex issues like component-state errors and unexpected browser rendering bugs.

Key Features:

  • AI-Powered Chat: Integrated a custom React component with the Google Gemini API, allowing visitors to conversationally ask questions about my career.
  • High-Performance Architecture: Built with Astro to leverage its island architecture, ensuring fast page loads.
  • Global & Serverless Deployment: Hosted on Cloudflare Pages for seamless CI/CD and deployed to the edge for low-latency access worldwide.
